Framed works are made to order in up to 10 working days, then delivered in 2–5 working days in the EU, 2–3 in the UK and 2–5 in the US. Garments are made to order and ship in 5–9 working days; the delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Framed works ship free within the EU, the UK and the US. Garments: Netherlands €6.95 (free from €55), rest of the EU €12.95 (free from €100), United Kingdom and United States €19.95 (free from €100). The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout, in your currency.

Framed works never cross a border on their way to you, so no import duties apply. Prices include VAT for EU orders. Garments delivered outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient.

An order with garments and a framed work arrives in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

Large formats, all framed in black: up to 61×91 cm in Europe, 81×122 cm in the UK and 71×102 cm in the US. Upright works hang in an upright frame, wide works in a wide one.

Yes. Every work hangs in the museum, and each work’s page shows it in a room.

Every piece shows its fit — for example Boxy or Oversized — and a fit note under the sizes. The size guide has the measurements where the maker supplies them.

Every garment page lists the care for that piece. Wash cold, inside out, and never iron over the print.

Each piece is produced after you order it, so nothing is made that nobody wanted and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted.

Yes — you have 14 days to change your mind. Our returns page explains how it works.

We refund the full price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait until the item has arrived back with us. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Because each piece is made to order, we do not hold stock to swap. Return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need.
