14-day right of withdrawal

Every Mesaru piece is made to order for you. You can still change your mind: you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer law.

To start a return, email joey93jvg@icloud.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will reply with the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and with its labels.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned item and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait until the item has arrived back with us. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size or colour, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we do not hold stock to swap. Return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need.
